Currently offering qualified supervision for mental health counseling (LMHC) in the Pinellas county/Tampa area.  Telehealth supervision is also available to interns throughout the state of Florida.  I am a gender-affirming and LGBT-affirming therapist who specializes in chronic illness/disabilities and adolescents. I am kink aware and poly friendly.

 I have experience working for the Department of Juvenile Justice, adolescent residential substance abuse programs, community health centers (integrative health) and outpatient therapy in a community mental health setting.  I offer the ability to help interns navigate community mental health environments and look forward to helping you grow as a clinician.  I have experience working with a diverse population, including Severe persistent mental illnesses (SPMI), lower SES, Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI), and crisis therapy.  I attended the University of Central Florida where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology (2014) and my Master of Arts in Counselor Education (2017).  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida since 2020 and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).  I am a Qualified Supervisor for MHC in the state of Florida since 2023.  

Therapeutic approach: Eclectic. Existential and person centered are what I use to conceptualize clients.  For therapy, I utilize CBT, DBT, MI, solution focused, and IFS (internal family systems) with clients.
